Pariz -- Francuska će do 2040. godine potpuno obustaviti prodaju automobila na benzin i dizel goriva, prenosi francuska novinska agencija AFP.

Novi francuski ministar za zaštitu životne sredinu Nikolas Hulot objavio je svoj plan za očuvanje klime na konferenciji za novinare i rekao: "Najavljujemo kraj prodaje benzin i dizel motora do 2040. godine!"

Hulot nije precizirao da li taj kraj podrazumeva i potpunu zabranu prodaje benzin i dizel motora, i kako bi se uopšte ta zabrana mogla sprovesti. Takođe, on nije precizirao ni da li će ova zabrana uključivati hibridne automobile.

Ono što je novi ministar posebno naglasio je da će meta biti lokalni proizvođači automobila i da će se njima nametnuti "teško opterećenje”.

Ova vest dolazi u trenutku kada se veliki broj proizvođača već okreče proizvodnji hibridnih i električnih automobila, kako bi odgovorili na sve veće zahteve regulatora i tražnje.

Volvo je objavio da će od 2019. godine obustaviti proizvodnju modela koji za pogon koriste isključivo benzinske ili dizel motore. Umesto njih, kupci će moći da nabave samo hibridne ili električne automobile ovog proizvođača.

Pored razvoja auto-pilota, Volvo se usredsredio i na postepeno gašenje proizvodnje vozila koja pokreću motori sa unutrašnjeim sagorevanjem. Prvi korak ka potpunoj elektrifikaciji je okretanje hibridnim i čisto električnim automobilima.

Kompanija je saopštila da će 2019. prestati da izrađuje vozila koja koriste isključivo benzinske ili dizel motore, i da će se ponuda Volvo vozila ograničiti na plug-in hibridne automobile koji u sebi kombinuju elektromotor i motor na benzin, kao i na potpuno elektrifikovana vozila.

U planu je da od 2019. do 2021. Volvo izbaci na tržište tri čisto električna modela i dve sportske električne verzije sa Polestar oznakom.

"Odlučni smo da označimo kraj Volvo automobila koje pogone samo dizel ili benzinski motori”, izjavio je prvi čovek kompanije, Hokan Samuelson.

"Osim toga, planiramo da do 2025. prodamo ukupno milion elektrifikovanih automobila – hibrida i modela na struju”, dodao je on.

Najveca promena je izgleda sklanjanje onog drugog ekrana. Spolja u odnosu na prethodnu MY i nije promenjen. Dobice 2.0 turbak, tako se suskalo. Zbog toga mi je coupe jos veca zelja :D

Case could be one of the biggest in German industrial history, news magazine Der Spiegel says.

Major German car companies agreed in secret working groups going back to the 1990s on technical issues, suppliers and costs in what may be one of the biggest cartel cases in the country’s history, news magazine Der Spiegel reported Friday.

Volkswagen flagged the practice in a briefing it sent to German competition authorities, according to the magazine. Volkswagen reportedly said it struck agreements with Audi, Porsche, BMW and Daimler in secret working groups on a number of technical and economic aspects of their cars and production processes. Daimler also submitted a report to the competition authorities, the magazine said.

The working groups even set the stage for the Dieselgate scandal, Der Spiegel reported. The companies agreed on the size of tanks containing AdBlue fluid, which reduces exhaust emissions — but the tanks proved too small to do the job so manipulation became the only way to keep emissions readings low, the magazine said.

For more than 20 years, the German auto industry has been operating like a cartel, according to a new "bombshell" report, which has sent the shares of Germany's biggest automakers reeling.

Spiegel is reporting that the big three German car companies – Volkswagen, Daimler and BMW - have been holding secret “working groups” since the 1990s, where they would discuss, production costs, suppliers, strategy and – importantly – emissions purification. The meetings were initially reported to regulators by Volkswagen in a filing with German competition authorities. The magazine described the meetings as “one of the biggest cartel cases in German economic history.”

It was at these meetings that the companies agreed on the appropriate gas purification standards for their diesel vehicles, thus laying the groundwork for the diesel scandal that has resulted in massive fines for these companies both in Germany and the US. The working groups also selected suppliers, helping to set costs for vehicle components. The ongoing discussions allegedly involved more than 200 employees in 60 working groups in areas including auto development, gasoline and diesel motors, brakes and transmissions. Talks may have also involved the size of tanks for AdBlue fluid for diesel autos, according to Bloomberg.

The allegations are guaranteed to result in more fines for the automakers, which were just beginning to move on from the diesel emission scandal that rocked the industry.

“These allegations look very serious and would mean more than 20 years of potential collusion,” said Juergen Pieper, a Frankfurt-based analyst with Bankhaus Metzler told Bloomberg. “There seems to be a never-ending story of bad news about the industry’s bad behavior.”

As Bloomberg explains, European carmakers are shoring up diesel as they need it to bridge the gap between tightening rules for greenhouse-gas emissions as they invest in ramping up electric-car plans.
The Spiegel report followed announcements by Audi and Mercedes this week that they’re recalling diesel vehicles to update pollution-control software amid probes by environmental authorities into potential emissions violations.

German authorities first became aware of the problem when they raided Volkswagen’s offices last year, searching for evidence that the company sought to rig steel prices. Instead, it found evidence of collusion between German automakers. Two weeks later, VW submitted a voluntary admission to antitrust authorities, as did Daimler in hopes of minimizing penalties.

Takva saradnja je potpuno razumna stvar I treba dopustiti da bude legalna. Efekti su vise nego jasni, te kompanije danas prave najbolja kola na svetu a kupci imaju prilike da voze fantasticna kola za manje novca nego ikada pre, dugorocno su svi na dobitku.
