Around 10:40 a.m. on November 13, components of the Traffic Subsector of the Civil Guard of Teruel that were operating with a radar, at kilometer 8,800 of the A-1512 highway, in the municipality of Cella , detected the presence of a large-capacity sports car, with German registration, which was traveling at a speed of 199 kilometers per hour on a road limited to a generic speed of 90. The agents proceeded to stop the vehicle.
