Pa mogu ili da odrade reviziju za prethodne dve godine ili da oznace te prihode kao one time item i prikazu gubitak excluding one time items.

Svakako, nece oni tu dobiti pare jer ko je lud da im pokloni pare nazad, tim pre sto svi vec rade s niskim marginama te ne verujem da ce im ni za buduce narudzbine spustati cene a ne za prosle. Snabdevaci su slozni, Tesla je najgori klijent, bahato se ponasaju, stalno menjaju narudzbine, uvek sve danas za juce i sl...

Danas vidjen Tesla ispred ProCredit banke u Milutina Milankovica.
Strane table, zakacen na punjac ispred banke, tetovirana plavusa sedi u njemu.

Jako zanimljivo sta se upravo desava sa Teslom.

Musk malopre twittovao kako ce Teslu pretvoriti u privatnu kompaniju po 420 dolara po akciji. Pre toga su bile 340, dakle otkupio bi sve preostale akcije po 420 dolara (on i njegovi partneri).

Ovo nije objava koja sme tek tako da se da, zapravo nije ni smeo to na twitteru sa objavi ako prethodno nije podneo zvanicnu nameru nadleznim sluzbama.

Naravno sve se momentalno uskomesalo, nesto kasnije americka komisija za hartije od vrednosti blokirala trgovanje Teslom i pokrenula ustragu zbog manipulacije akcijama. (Twitovanja o ovakvim stvarima).

Istovremeno je objavljeno da je Saudijska Arabija kupila 5% Tesle...


Sve u svemu sta ce na kraju biti videcemo, svakako nece vise biti kao do sada. Ako se Musk salio i zezao, unistice ih kaznama, ako nije (opet ce dobiti neku kaznu ali sitnu), Tesla vise nece biti javna kompanija, a Arapi ce verovatno biti jedni od glavnih vlasnika.

Morace solidnu gomilu para da izvade na gomilu da bi dali ponudu za preuzimanje tj. teoretski vrednost svih akcija van onih koji daju ponudu. Nije mi ovo nesto realno.

Bice zanimljivo narednih dana.

Kasnije je izbacio detaljnije objasnjenje, rekavsi da nikakva odluka nije doneta i da bi to morao i bord Tesle sa odobri.
Navodno bi sadasnji akcionari mogli da ostanu u strukturi (dakle ne mora sve da otkupi).


Svakako, sada ce popiti gomilu tuzbi za sve i svasta zbog ovoga...

The following email was sent to Tesla employees today:

Earlier today, I announced that I'm considering taking Tesla private at a price of $420/share. I wanted to let you know my rationale for this, and why I think this is the best path forward.

First, a final decision has not yet been made, but the reason for doing this is all about creating the environment for Tesla to operate best. As a public company, we are subject to wild swings in our stock price that can be a major distraction for everyone working at Tesla, all of whom are shareholders. Being public also subjects us to the quarterly earnings cycle that puts enormous pressure on Tesla to make decisions that may be right for a given quarter, but not necessarily right for the long-term. Finally, as the most shorted stock in the history of the stock market, being public means that there are large numbers of people who have the incentive to attack the company.

I fundamentally believe that we are at our best when everyone is focused on executing, when we can remain focused on our long-term mission, and when there are not perverse incentives for people to try to harm what we're all trying to achieve.

This is especially true for a company like Tesla that has a long-term, forward-looking mission. SpaceX is a perfect example: it is far more operationally efficient, and that is largely due to the fact that it is privately held. This is not to say that it will make sense for Tesla to be private over the long-term. In the future, once Tesla enters a phase of slower, more predictable growth, it will likely make sense to return to the public markets.

Here's what I envision being private would mean for all shareholders, including all of our employees.

First, I would like to structure this so that all shareholders have a choice. Either they can stay investors in a private Tesla or they can be bought out at $420 per share, which is a 20% premium over the stock price following our Q2 earnings call (which had already increased by 16%). My hope is for all shareholders to remain, but if they prefer to be bought out, then this would enable that to happen at a nice premium.

Second, my intention is for all Tesla employees to remain shareholders of the company, just as is the case at SpaceX. If we were to go private, employees would still be able to periodically sell their shares and exercise their options. This would enable you to still share in the growing value of the company that you have all worked so hard to build over time.

Third, the intention is not to merge SpaceX and Tesla. They would continue to have separate ownership and governance structures. However, the structure envisioned for Tesla is similar in many ways to the SpaceX structure: external shareholders and employee shareholders have an opportunity to sell or buy approximately every six months.

Finally, this has nothing to do with accumulating control for myself. I own about 20% of the company now, and I don't envision that being substantially different after any deal is completed.

Basically, I'm trying to accomplish an outcome where Tesla can operate at its best, free from as much distraction and short-term thinking as possible, and where there is as little change for all of our investors, including all of our employees, as possible.

This proposal to go private would ultimately be finalized through a vote of our shareholders. If the process ends the way I expect it will, a private Tesla would ultimately be an enormous opportunity for all of us. Either way, the future is very bright and we'll keep fighting to achieve our mission.

Odličan ali hrabar potez. Ovim će skinuti sve sa grbače koji nemaju pametnija posla nego likuju i prognoziraju kada će mu kompanija propasti i moći će na miru da radi i ostvaruje svoje vizije. Bravo. :)

Povodom one price o pretvaranju Tesle u privatnu kompaniju, kao sto se i pretpostavljalo, Musk se bio naduvao pa postovao gluposti na Twitter-u.

Sada na frku paniku pokusava da pronadje investitore koji ce mu to omoguciti (za sada ne ide) jer ako ne uspe bice u nevolji zbog laganja. Upravni odbor Tesle ostao u neveri posle tvita. Pokusavaju da uvuku saudisjke pastire da ih optkupe, valjda samo oni mogu biti tako glupi.

U medjuvremenu vec su popili gomilu tuzbi a pokrenute su i zvanicne istrage povodom manipulacije trzistem ali i obmane u vezi broja proizvedenih Modela 3.

Pride je nekoliko bivsih zaposlenih (onih sto su dobili otkaz, sto su kako neko rece bili srecni i puni razumevanja za to) je podnelo prijave o uslovima rada, obmanama, monitranju neispravnih i polovnih delova, dilovanju droge u fabrici i sl...).

Akcije Telse su nakon Muskovog pumpanja brzo promenile smer i sada su u slobodnom padu.
Suska se da traze novog CEO-a da zameni Muska.

Ja se nadam da ce se ova ogromna prevara sto pre zavrsiti zasluzenim bankrotom.

Elon Musk’s rocket company, SpaceX, could help fund a bid to take electric car company Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) private, the New York Times reported on Thursday, quoting people familiar with the matter.

Musk startled Wall Street last week when he said in a tweet he was considering taking the auto company private for $420 per share and that funding was “secured.” He has since said he is searching for funds for the effort.

Musk said on Monday that the manager of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund had voiced support for the company going private several times, including as recently as two weeks ago, but also said that talks continue with the fund and other investors.

The New York Times report said another possibility under consideration is that SpaceX would help bankroll the Tesla privatization and would take an ownership stake in the carmaker, according to people familiar with the matter.

Musk is the CEO and controlling shareholder of the rocket company.

Tesla and SpaceX did not respond when Reuters requested comment on the matter.

In a wide-ranging and emotional interview with the New York Times published late on Thursday, Musk, Tesla's chief executive, described the difficulties over the last year for him as the company has tried to overcome manufacturing issues with the Model 3 sedan. nyti.ms/2vOkgeM

“This past year has been the most difficult and painful year of my career,” he said. “It was excruciating.”

The loss-making company has been trying to hit production targets, but the tweet by Musk opened up a slew of new problems including government scrutiny and lawsuits.

The New York Times report said efforts are underway to find a No. 2 executive to help take some of the pressure off Musk, people briefed on the search said.

Musk has no plans to relinquish his dual role as chairman and chief executive officer, he said in the interview.

Musk said he wrote the tweet regarding taking Tesla private as he drove himself on the way to the airport in his Tesla Model S. He told the New York Times that no one reviewed the tweet before he posted it.

He said that he wanted to offer a roughly 20 percent premium over where the stock had been recently trading, which would have been about $419. He decided to round up to $420 - a number that has become code for marijuana in counterculture lore, the report said.

“It seemed like better karma at $420 than at $419,” he said in the interview. “But I was not on weed, to be clear. Weed is not helpful for productivity. There’s a reason for the word ‘stoned.’ You just sit there like a stone on weed,” he said.

Some board members recently told Musk to lay off Twitter and rather focus on operations at his companies, according to people familiar with the matter, the newspaper report said.

During the interview, Musk emotionally described the intensity of running his businesses. He told the newspaper that he works 120 hours a week, sometimes at the expense of not celebrating his own birthday or spending only a few hours at his brother’s wedding.

“There were times when I didn’t leave the factory for three or four days — days when I didn’t go outside,” he said during the interview. “This has really come at the expense of seeing my kids. And seeing friends.”

To help sleep, Musk sometimes takes Ambien, which concerns some board members, since he has a tendency to conduct late-night Twitter sessions, according to a person familiar with the board the New York Times reported.

“It is often a choice of no sleep or Ambien,” he said.
