Dacia announced that the Duster's total sales exceeded 2,000,000 cars, with the car now available in almost 60 countries. It is mainly produced at Dacia's plant in Mioveni, Romania, but for markets outside Europe the Duster is assembled in Brazil and Russia.

Dacia reports that a Duster leaves the production line on average every 63 seconds, with an average of 1,000 Dusters being built daily.
