Premijum modeli dolaze sa najviše problema. U ovim modelima ima više tehnoloških inovacija nego u jeftinijim automobilima. Izuzeci sa dobrim rezultatima su Lekus i Genesis.

Većina problema je sa infotainment sistemima. Sistemi pomoći u vožnji takođe često izazivaju probleme. Posebno se ističu sistemi za zadržavanje u saobraćajnoj traci
