On October 9, 2015 at 11:57 pm Deputies from the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Applebees in West Ocean City for a report of several people standing on top of a car that was not theirs. Upon arrival Deputies met with the owner of the car, a 2013 Dodge Viper valued around $100,000.00, who advised that someone had seen several people standing on top of his car having their pictures taken. Several other witnesses were detaining two of the individuals who had attempted to flee.
Through investigation Deputies determined a total of 4 people had posed on and around the car and had their picture taken by a friend. The photo was recovered by the Deputies. Sean Digiacoma and Cody Coverdale were arrested and later released on criminal citations for disorderly conduct. The other two pictured individuals were arrested on separate more serious charges for crimes that were discovered during the investigation of this incident.

Charges Failure to Notify Owner of Unattended Vehicle Damage, Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Impaired.

Narrative:
On Friday, October 09, 2015 at approximately 11:57pm., Deputies responded to The Applebees, 12849 Ocean Gateway, Ocean City for a disturbance. Witnesses stated several individuals were standing on top of a Dodge Viper, valued at approximately $100,000.00 and taking pictures. Through further investigation it was learned that several of the suspects attempted to flee in their own vehicles prior to police arrival. One of the suspect vehicles, a Mitsubishi Eclipse, struck another parked car in the process of attempting to leave. The driver of the Eclipse was identified as Samuel Fazio. The investigating Deputy smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage, and observed Fazio to have slurred speech and unsteady steps. Fazio agreed to field sobriety tests and based on the results was placed under arrest for DUI/DWI. Fazio refused a breath test and was released on his own personal recognizance.

CDS Possession with the Intent to distribute : marijuana
CDS Possession with the Intent to distribute : cocaine
CDS Possession with the Intent to distribute : psilocybin mushrooms
CDS Possession with the Intent to distribute : prescription medication
Narrative: On 10/09/15, Deputies from the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Applebees in West Ocean City for a malicious destruction of property complaint. Pursuant to that investigation, Deputies identified Shayne Glasgow of Lewis Delaware as a party to that malicious destruction. While speaking to Glasgow Deputies detected the odor of marijuana emanating from his vehicle. A search of that vehicle yielded over 470 grams of suspected marijuana. Deputies also located inside the vehicle suspected cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and various controlled narcotic medications not prescribed to Glasgow. In addition Deputies seized well over $5000.00 in cash. Glasgow was arrested and charged and taken before a district court commissioner. Glasgow was held on $125,000 bond in the Worcester County Jail.
