California: 20% of electric car owners have switched to petrol cars

According to a survey, 20% of electric car owners in California, USA, chose to replace them with cars with internal combustion engines, especially gasoline.
The survey included owners who bought their cars between 2012 and 2018, with the owners stating that the main reasons they returned to a car with a gasoline engine were the low autonomy of the electrics and their long charging time.
At the same time, research shows that 2/3 of electric car owners in California never charge their cars at public charging stations, except at home.
