The Polestar 1 will be discontinued this year, with no successor

The Polestar 1, the first model of Polestar, the electric sub-brand of the Swedish Volvo, was presented in society last year 2017 and began to be manufactured in China in 2019, but the firm has already decided that the production of the plug-in hybrid coupe will cease this same year.

The manufacturer has communicated in a press release that it will stop manufacturing its PHEV model, although those customers interested in getting one can still make their reservation to opt for one of the copies that will be manufactured throughout this 2021.
