Mercedes-Benz announces the characteristics of its EQS:

• It is based on the new EVA2 platform which can accommodate batteries of different capacities as well as one or two electromotors

• It will be available at launch in two versions: the first, EQS 450+, will have a 90 kWh battery powering an electromotor placed on the rear axle. The power will then be 333 hp for a torque of 568 Nm. The second, EQS 580 4MATIC +, will have a battery with a capacity of 107.8 kWh which will supply its energy to two electric motors: one on each axle. This version will develop a power of 524 hp for a torque of 855 Nm.

• Cx record of 0.20

• Range of up to 770 WLTP kilometers!

• Possibility of having a charger to connect to direct current up to 200kW. What makes this car more versatile because it will allow its driver to recover 300 kilometers in 15 minutes!
