Ženina Lumia 925 počela nešto da baguje. Ne može da se otključa ekran (ni na taster ni da double tap), budi se samo kad se prikači na punjač. Telefon zvoni ali ne može da se javi na poziv, kad ga probudi punjačem na taster ne može da isključi ekran (kratko kad se pritisne taster), ali ako se duže zadrži taster ode regularno u shutdown (dakle taster radi).
Šta probati? Na kraju može hard reset ili da se nosi negde u servis, samo gde?

Prilično čest software-ski problem. Dešava se najčešće prilikom instalacije neke od aplikacija sa Store-a koja pobrljavi senzore. Jedino rešenje koje je kod mene upalilo je bilo Hard reset uređaja (1320).

Ispravka: ne može da se ugasi, samo se restartuje. Sad ćemo da probamo soft reset, pošto hard ne može.

Siguran si ... da nisi pogrešno-neadekvatno pritiskao dugmiće?

If your phone is unresponsive and you can't reach Settings, you may be able to reset your phone using the hardware buttons:

1. Press and hold the volume down and Power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10–15 seconds).

2. When you feel the vibration, release the buttons, and then immediately press and hold the volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.

3. Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order: volume up, volume down, Power, volume down. Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.)

The hard reset operation will take a while to complete and will show spinning gears before it reboots your device to factory settings. Usually it will finish within 30 minutes but can, in some rare cases, take up to a couple of hours. Some older Nokia Lumia handsets have a bug where a reset never seems to finish. Example of situations where the hard reset should be used:

You want to reset a device that you will no longer use (this enables someone else to initialize the device with their own Microsoft Account)

Uspeo je soft reset, sad je OK.

Skorz cudno da se tako zezne telefon, a da je samo do jedne apk. Na androidu se to desava kada je custom rom pa brljavi.

Aha, znači ima i različiti način sortiranja postova. Nikad nisam obratio pažnju na taj detalj.
