Na Cordobi sam imao 195/50/16 a fabricka dimenzija je 195/55/15 i 205/45/16,nisam imao nikavih problema jer odstupanje nije vece od 3%.

To mnogi rade jer je 195/55/15 dosta skuplja od 195/50/15. Slobo,razlika 195/55/15 vs 195/50/15 je velika (3,3%) pa rupa u blatobranu jeste veca ali ne i u mom slucaju.

Ok, ako tako nije i u tvom slučaju. 
Kako bilo, 2 cm je za 15" prevelika razlika, čak i da ne znamo za pravilo +/-3%. To je maksimalna tolerancija koja se pominje. Negde je ta tolerancija i manja, zavisno od izvora. Naprimer, ovde:

Ako su svi tockovi istih dimenzija ne bi trebalo da utice. ABS i tako samo uporedjuje broj obrtaja individualnog toca i reaguje kada se desi odredjena razlika u obrtajima izmedju tockova. Za Fabiju 2 je 205.40.17 fabrička dimenzija.
E na to sam mislio, znači da praktično osim ako ne staviš toliko različite točkove na auto da se komp zbuni i pomisli da postoji neslaganje u brzini kretanja pojedinih točkova. ABS kontroliše i zadnju osovinu pretpostavljam?

Da, najverovatnije je 4 kanalni ABS koji kontrolise svaki tocak zasebno.

aham.. znaci rad zadnih tockova se posmatra tim jednim senzorom, dok prednji imaju zaseban senzor..
